How do I actually pay?
Through Shopify's own billing, the same place you pay for every other app on your store. Lifeboat never asks for a card number directly — approve the charge once inside your Shopify admin and it's billed on your normal Shopify invoice.
What happens after the free trial?
You're charged for the first full month unless you cancel before the trial ends. Shopify sends you the standard reminder before the trial converts.
Can I cancel or downgrade anytime?
Yes, anytime, from the app's page in your Shopify admin — no email, no retention flow, no minimum term. Downgrades apply at the end of the current billing cycle.
Is there really no overage or usage fee?
Correct. The monthly price is the entire bill on every plan, regardless of your order count or revenue. Free is $0 regardless of usage, permanently.
